Hello @PYJATECH
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If your goal is to cancel all your subscriptions and delete your Organization follow the guidance in this document.
https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/
Note that if you have any third party app subscriptions you need to cancel those also. And if you have subscriptions Managed by Atlassian, such as the Projects or Goals apps, you will have to contact atlassian Billing Support to gel those cancelled.
If your goal is only to delete your login account while leaving the apps and data active, refer to this document.

Hello @PYJATECH
I see your reply to Martin that you want to restore, not revoke, your site.
If a Free subscription is deactivated due to inactivity the Organization Admin would have received an email stating that on the date of deactivation, as well as warning emails prior to deactivation.
In that scenario the data is retained for only 14 days after deactivation. Then the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered even by Atlassian.
Find the email notifying you of the deactivation. If it had been more than 15 days then you data can't be restored. If it has been less than 14 days, or you want authoritative answers from Atlassian about your data and the state of your subscription, contact Atlassian Billing Support.

To cancel your cloud site, log into admin.atlassian.com, navigate to Billing, and choose Cancel for all subscriptions and decide if you want to do the same with your whole org. If you instead want to permanently delete your personal profile entirely, head to id.atlassian.com and click Delete account under Account preferences.

I wanted to reuse the account as it is , now I am unable to access it because of longtime inactivity it got suspended I guess.
I Don't want to create a new account or I do not want to delete any profile.

Oh I see, you are looking into reactivating your site under the URL http://pyjatech.atlassian.net.
If the reactivate button is missing, or if it redirects you to a contact form, it means your site is locked. Even on a Free plan, directly through the Atlassian Purchasing & Licensing Contact Form. They handle site restorations and do not require a paid support plan to assist you.
