I was working on a KYC for a customer and mistakenly pressed the new "Reject" button. Now the app will not allow me to change the decision to "Approved". Does anyone know how to fix this??

If you are talking about the approval feature from Jira Service Management, it' s configured in the workflow used for this issue. If it' s not plan in the workflow you cannot do it.
