Hi,

You can't do this unfortunately (if you mean board deleted). You will need to recreate the board manually

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What do you mean by "deleted backlog"?  Did you delete the board that contained the backlog?  Turn off the "backlog" function in the project?  Delete the issues in the backlog?  Edited the issues so that they no longer appear in the backlog?
