How to restrict third-party apps?

Hi Everyone,

Could you please clarify me below details.

1. How do I disable third party apps to install from connected apps?
2. If developer wants to install any third-party app from the connected apps, is there any possibility to get the notification as a Site/Org Admin?
3. Can we enable this apps installation from connected apps to the particular developer instead of all?

I don't seem to understand your question.

Marketplace apps can only be installed by user with admin permissions in a product, or the user is set as site or org admin.
