How to resolve the payment issue atlassin is chaging even after deactivating the subscription?

i have deactivated the Jira subscription but I am still getting charged USD 8.53. I  need help/solution to get rid of this issue.

Hi @Hamza I would suggest opening a ticket with support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and select 'Billing, Payments, and Pricing'.  They are better suited to help with these issues.
