Hello, is there any possibility to reset the password for the unmanaged account, when the associated e-mail is not active anymore (domain change)?

This can't be done if this is a non-managed user, then only the user is able to do this.
Is the user managed and is the new domain added to the verified list?
Please note : "You can only update an email address if the new email address also belongs to a domain you verify for your organization."
