How to reopen a closed issue in completed sprint in Jira?

Hi,

   I have a completed sprint. In that sprint, I want to reopen a story. Still issue is showing done in completed sprint report. Where this issue will be listed and work?

You will need to pass it through a transition that CLEARS the resolution field for it not be show done. The out of the box workflow clears the field when it reopens an issue. Look at it to see how it is done.

Not an answer, but a follow-up question... I have a similar situation. Resolution is empty (cleared when the issue was reopened). I can not add this now open issue to a sprint. How can I remove the closed sprint, and add a new sprint?
