How to remove the customers in the Jira service desk project in the cloud???

Hi Divya,

Allow me to help you with this question.
There are two methods to remove customer of a project:

1 - If the customer is manually added to the project, to remove them you must go to Project settings > People and click on Remove next to their name.

2 - If the project is open to anyone (Project settings > Customer permissions > Anyone with an account), it will not be possible to remove them, unless you delete their account or close the project to only people added by admins.
Once you change the customer permission to "Customer my team added to the project", all customers that were not added manually will be removed from the project.
