I have a columns "Month", "Week", "Tomorrow", "Today", "Done" and statuses "Discussion", "Approved", "Development", "Testing", "Cancelled", "Done".
"Discussion" and "Approved" only for "Month",
"Development" and "Testing" for "Week", "Tomorrow" and "Today" (How?)
Hi Sergey,
I am not completely sure I understand your question.
What type of project is this - Next-gen? Classic Software? Business?
If it is Next-gen project type or Business project type, then you cannot alter the relationship between Status and Column name.
If it is a Classic Software project type, then you can click on Board Settings for the board and then Columns.
Once there you can adjust the columns and statuses.
Hi John,
Project type is Classic Software.
Every column require minimum 1 status and every status can be used only 1 time

Still not sure what you are asking, but you cannot put a single status in multiple columns if that is what you are asking.
One column can have multiple statuses in it as you have in the first and last columns. But each column must have at least one status and no status can be used in more than one column.

We prepare a list of tasks for Month list. Then every developer select tasks for week and for Tomorrow lists. Every day developers move tasks Tomorrow ->Today. Status of tasks should not depend on the column.

What is it that you are really tying to accomplish? I have not seen columns setup to be by day - that seems very unorthodox.
What is the internal process (outside of Jira) that you are wanting Jira to help with?
Feel free to respond in your native language - we can translate. ;-)

You'll need to use something other than a board.
The whole point of the columns on a board is that they represent a status (or set of status) and show you what issues are in that status.
