How to remove default 0m in the Original Estimate field

As a Jira user updating the Original Estimate field in a ticket I just want to directly enter the estimate without first having to delete 0m from the field.

The Original Estimate field defaults with 0m in the field and as we groom tickets, I have to erase the existing 0m value and enter the estimate. 

When I physically remove the 0m from the field it displays the suggested format.
I just want the field to default to the suggested format display.

Hi @Bill Schmidt I'm sorry to say that it is not possible.

Well, that's unfortunate. They should just make 0m the formatting suggestion. It's annoying when you are grooming 30-40 tickets.  ;)
