I have a question: is it possible to receive an email notification in case the status of a requirement is changed to some specific value like 'waiting for review'? There are pages with requirements in Confluence, requirements are in tables with name, description, status and etc. So, I want to receive email notification only if the status of requirement is changed to 'waiting for review'. Is it possible, and if yes how can I configure it?
Thank you in advance!
In JIRA notifications are sent when an edit is made or the status changes. Notifications are controlled by the notification scheme. The admin has to send a notification when the event fires that transitions to the waiting for review status. You and any other user interested in that action must be in the notification scheme for the event that fires. In best practices notifications are sent to particular project roles and watchers.
Thanks for the answer. Actually I am asking about email notifications in Confluence.
