I received a message stating that my account has been deactivated. How do I get my account reactivated. It is currently within the 15 day window stated in the message. The message stated to contact support, but when I tried to open a ticket it stated, it could not find my url -
could you please confirm if you have managed account or unmanaged account?
In case you have managed account, your org admin can activate your account again.
