Hi All,
We have three users with admin access in Jira/Confluence.One of the admin(A) has downloaded the trial version of plugins related to Jira and confluence .The mails related to renewal/ purchase are being sent to that user(A).But we want this to be send another admin(B) .Could you please let us know how to change that.Is there a way to do so.
If we remove Admin(A) from the system, will these be sent to Admin(B).

I would recommend creating a support ticket for this over on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Specifically you should select the option for "Billing, payments, and pricing". By selecting this you can be sure that your request will go to our Customer Advocates team. They can then help you walk through the process of changing which account will be the technical and/or billing contact for that SEN (support entitlement number).
