How to raise a jira to Verisilicon company to request support

A newer to use Jira. We understand that VeriSilicon company was responsible for certain modules and ATE testing for our NXP IMX8MPlus product. Currently, we are facing an ATE test coverage issue and would like to raise a Jira ticket to request support from VeriSilicon.

Please let us know whether Jira is the appropriate platform for managing this issue. If so, we would appreciate your guidance on the correct procedure to follow.

Is the Jira instance your company one?

Does the company VeriSilicon have access to this Jira to see the request?

Can't you just create a request at VeriSillicon?

So basically what is your process and how does this relate to Jira
