A newer to use Jira. We understand that VeriSilicon company was responsible for certain modules and ATE testing for our NXP IMX8MPlus product. Currently, we are facing an ATE test coverage issue and would like to raise a Jira ticket to request support from VeriSilicon.
Please let us know whether Jira is the appropriate platform for managing this issue. If so, we would appreciate your guidance on the correct procedure to follow.

Does the company VeriSilicon have access to this Jira to see the request?
Can't you just create a request at VeriSillicon?
