Please does anyone know how to put the spaces (whilst in their directory) into a specific order that can always appear in that same order? Thank you in advance for your help.
Do you mean in the Spaces overview, all spaces in Jira, no this is alphabetically.
Personal you can star spaces, to have your own default and you can drag and drop ofr a certain order in the mail (left toolbar), but this is user based.

Any chance you can provide some additional details (or examples) of what you're referring to?
I'm not sure whether you're referring to the user directory or some other entity within Jira 👀 Note that this landed in Jira Q&A section in the forum so I'm guessing the question is somewhat related to this app.
