How to properly pass the Business Unit value in Jira while creating a test alert from a tool?

Hello All,

We are trying to create some test alerts from one of our tools and getting the following error message:

"Failed to send alert: failed to send jira test alert, error: request failed with status 400: System is required. Business Unit is required"

But we don't have the option to define the Business Unit during the configuration setup of JIRA within the tool. Is there an option to set the Business Unit field as optional in our JIRA? Any thoughts?
