How to opt out of atlassian's "promotional or marketing notifications"

I see spam notifications for atlassian at the top of the Jira page.

"Tempo's Adaptive SPM vision | Watch the on-demand keynote with our CEO and CRO [Watch the Video]"

"If 2026 priorities shift but your people plan doesn’t, delivery suffers. See how leading teams stay proactive on January 14th. [Register Now]"

This is useless distracting noise to me. I want to opt out of it. How can opt out?
