How to opt out of atlassian's "promotional or marketing notifications"

I see spam notifications for atlassian at the top of the Jira page.

"If 2026 priorities shift but your people plan doesn’t, delivery suffers. See how leading teams stay proactive on January 14th. [Register Now]"

This is useless distracting noise to me.  I want to opt out of it.  How can opt out?
