How to open issues in new tab or at the cvery least, in model

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The issues open in sidebar, which is annoying and i have yet to meet a person who actually wants to open issues in sidebar. So, how can i change the task opening mechanic? There should some possibilty under the three dots menu on the top right, but I don't have the three dots menu anywhere
