We have two teams, and the first closes their stories. The result must be a new story to another team with recommendations, and informations from the previous closed story. We cannot move the same story due the projects involved, and sprint close.

Hello @Paulo Anderson Lara

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

That can be accomplished with Automation Rules. Are you familiar with that functionality?

The rule would be set to run against the first project. The rule would be triggered by the transition of the issue to the "closed" status. You could then either Clone the issue to the second project, automatically copying some fields and changing some of the field content at the same time, or use a Create action to create a new issue in the second project and filling in each field you want to set.

Automation rules can be created only by Project Administrators and Jira Administrators. Do you have either of those levels of access? If not you will need to work with people who do have those roles to accomplish your requirement.

No, I don't.  Anyway, I will contact them. We are very confortable with JQL and I have read the Automation Rules that you sent (very similar to Windows Power Automate) and surely we will leverage those along the project.

Thank you so much! :-)
