How to move test sets or test cases to another epic?

I have created a test set in Epic 1. Now I want to move it to Epic 2. There does not seem to be a way to move it. Unlike user stories, there is no Epic link control. The Move menu item and wizard do not include change Epic as an option.

Seems you cannot even create a new test set in Epic 2 and move all the test cases. The Move menu item and wizard for test cases does not include change Epic as an option either.

Hi George,

are you using some Test Case addon or are you simply using an Issuetype for test cases? If the later you should be able to move it using the Move function. If the former the you should check the documentation for that addon.

I am using the Test case IssueType. I've discovered the issue. Our Jira instance is configured into 2 Projects. One contains the Epics and User stories. The other contains Test sets and Test cases. I can create Test Plans and Test Executions in the Project with Epics. But my Test sets and Test cases are not in that Project. So I cannot move them to a new Epic.
