We have been using Jira Software for more than a year in our software project and now the program has decided to start using Jira Core which is already supported in the organization. Both the versions are 2 different instances on 2 different servers. We do not have much access to the cloud instance JIRA administration but we would like to understand the different possibilities through which we can migrate all data including closed sprints backlog items.
Has anyone faced such a situation? Can anyone suggest any add-ons which will support moving all the data?
