We had an Epic that we created and moved it to planning from backlog. Now we want to put that back in backlog as we wont be working on it for a while. What is the best way to do this and is it even possible?
You need to make sure that your workflow allows that. Either with an All transition to Backlog status or you need to add a transition from Planning to Backlog - at least long enough to move it back and then you can change it.
Thank you. We were able to figure it out. so basically move the project back to "planning" then go to backlog and from there drag it from Planning to Backlog.
