How to move comments section below the Estimation session section in Jira Server issue quick view?

I want to move comments section below the rest sections so it will be more convenient from UX perspective. It is possible to do that somewhere in the settings sections?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
