How to monitor a project on Jira jointly with a client?

Hello, I would like to know how to monitor a project on Jira with a client with some limitations. I need to monitor issues/request on my side and client on its side, both sides needs to see data updated and work together to solve issues, requests, etc.

I am aware about best option is to stablish a Jira bridge between both, but unfortunately this is not an option as a development would be needed to make both projects match and there is no will to do it currently. 

Does anyone has some solution/workaround we could use to start working together in the meantime? I'm not aware about all Jira's features and I am pretty sure there is some solutions to be applied.

Yes, It can be possibel you can use Issue Security and set levels in and in Levels you can give access to different set of Roles, Users and Groups.
