How to migrate a project from trial Jira icloud instnace to a newly created icloud instance?

As a company we decided to try the Jira Software +Confluence (https://homedaytest.atlassian.net) and we like to continue using it.

However, we decided to create another domain (https://homeday.atlassian.net) which we bought the license for.

The trial on a test domain is about to expire and we would like to migrate the projects from there. However, the Backup Manager didnt create a backup.

Any ideas how to resolve the situation and migrate the projects to the paid domain?

You could consider exporting data project by project and importing. However this is just the issue data. You would need to recreate the project in the new instance. Given it is a trial instance I would expect the effort to be small.

If you were not able to create the backup you should create a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact

The only way to move those project between instances is using the backup.
