Hello,
I currently have User Admin and Jira App Admin roles in our organization.
I'm trying to understand which additional role or permission I need to manage all teams across the organization. At present, I can only edit teams that I'm a member of.
Could you please advise on the required role to gain full team management capabilities?

Agree with @Akhand Pratap Singh comment ,if you are a user admin, Org Admin you can't edit team, there is no particular permission required to manage all teams.Full team management requires Team Admin per team.

Please check "Who can manage and change the team?" from the above doc
Users must have Users and Groups global permission before they can add members or make changes to a team.
