How to manage multiple accounts for multiple companies

My atlassian account was set up using one e-mail address for a company that I work for, that has now changed to the company e-mail address domain.

I now would like to use atlassian products using my own e-mail (a separate atlassian account to the company)

I have re-setup the original e-mail but cannot login as I just get a message informing that I don't have access (to the companies atleassian account)

Seems to me that using multiple atlassian accounts would be a common use case, is there a way to set up your own private boards so that I could just use the one account?

almost the exact same thing here...I asked AI the same thing and it said to just use a different browser for each, or incognito to keep them separate.  I agree it seems fairly common.
