How to manage common task hours for group of people?

Hi Team

I created a work management project for the team to record non sprint tasks to this project.

There are common tasks which team is working like - team meetings, Fun Friday calls which are totally non sprint items. I wanted to create a common Task for these type of meetings and assign it to a common group /team created. Expectation is - We want each person should able to log his/hours spent on this call to the same task created for group and the logged hours should reflect in the respective team members worklog.

Please advise, if we have such feature.

You can use separate dashboard for non-sprint activities. Can create epic for each tasks.
