I am new to Plans and Roadmaps.
In the Roadmap I want to see the stories that are also marked as "Ready for Production". The only excluded the "cancelled" status, no other, but this one is still not showing. Can someone please help?
Thanks
Hola Alessandra,
“Ready for Production” may be treated as a completed status if it belongs to Jira’s Done status category. Plans can hide completed work based on the plan’s completion-date setting, even when that status isn’t listed under Excluded statuses.
Open the plan, go to Plan settings, and check the setting for how far back completed work items should remain visible. Increase that period and see whether the stories appear. Also, confirm that the Ready for Production status is mapped to the intended status category and whether those stories have a Resolution date.
The quickest way to identify the exact reason is to use Find your work item in the plan and search for one of the missing story keys. Jira should tell you whether it was excluded because of its completion date, issue source, release, hierarchy, or another plan setting. Atlassian explains the troubleshooting process here.
If Jira says the plan’s issue sources don’t include the story, check the project, board, or saved filter used by the plan. A status filter in the visible roadmap isn’t enough if the underlying source filter doesn’t return the story.
Thanks,
James
