User had called in past and issue resolved and ticket closed.
If user calls again and ticket pulled on screen to copy user's credentials for new ticket, the new "create issue" window cannot be moved around...the only way is to open another Jira session and toggle back and forth to copy and paste the data.
Need to make the new "create issue" window movable please.

Currently, it's not possible to move or minimize the screens in order to copy text or to click on another menu.
Also, I didn't find any feature request related to this.
Please, feel free to create a feature request on jira.atlassian.com on the project JRACLOUD adding more details about why this feature is important.
