How to make jira in atlassian cloud private?

Hi together,

I want to make JIRA in the atlassian cloud private. In this documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+JIRA+Options) it is written that only the JIRA System Administrators is allowed to do this. I'm administrator of the JIRA cloud but I don't have the access.

What can I do?

On Cloud, you are a JIRA admin, and only Atlassian support have system level access.

I don't actually know if they will support turning private or off, but it's probably easiest to raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com and ask them to make the change.  Worst case, they'll just say no.
