How to make field mandatory based on another field values

Hi Experts,

I Have two custom field values, One field is the Yes/no field if the customer select yes another field is automatically made mandatory. If they make select no need to make it mandatory.

this is not possible natively I think. 
You could use an app for this like extension if you want, using their dynamic forms.
