Hi,
I added an image attached to a Jira issue, but this image is not accessible from Confluence because the URI is private.
Is there a way to make the image URI public in Jira?
I tried to check the Jira permissions, but I didn't find anything.
Thank you
@Marco Graziotti, no. If the user doesn't have permission to the ticket there would be no way to see the attachments.
@Kian Stack Mumo Systems thank you for your quickly reply.
Instead, do you know if there is a way to add in the Issue's description an image using an external public URI?
Because otherwise I can use an external image with a public URI, and for me is also okay to use the image directly in the description (not as an attachment).
Thank you
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You ca not embed them using a public URL. You need to directly upload the image to jira. Otherwise you can insert a link that your users can follow. to the image.

Ok, I understand.
I would have preferred a preview of the image, because then I need to create a document and print the issues.
Thank you
