How to make a field mandatory for a specific status in the workflow

Hi,

How to make a field mandatory for a specific status in the workflow?

I understand this is possible in the properties of the transistion in the workflow, but i do not understand the property key i need to use.

Basically when the status is set to Done, the field Rootcause cannot be none. If so the fields needs to be updated to a defined rootcause.

You need a plugin, like jira suite utilities, to make the field required in the transition to the status you're flagging as done.
