How to make a created status available in the Status Menu of an Issue?

I created a custom status and it isn't appearing in the Status Menu of our Issues. How do I get it to appear so it can be selected.

Hi Nick,

After you create a status, to have it shown on an Issue screen, it needs to:

  • Be added to a workflow that the Issues issue type uses
  • Be connected by a transition from the Issues current status
