Currently Scrum Board > Backlog > Sprint > View Summary of Assigned Work > Workload by Assignee does not sum the sub-tasks and does not show assignee from sub-tasks.
How can I make it show assignees and time estimates aggregate from all parent and sub-tasks?

Unfortunately, there's no way to consider the sub-task time estimates in the workload by Assignee report. We have reported a bug to properly implement a fix for this lack:
Feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
As a workaround. you can use dashboard gadgets to calculate the total remaining estimation at the sub-task level, although it is separated from the backlog view of the board.
