How to list down all Issues in a Jira project for a particular time

I just want to list down all the issues and its description, time created for a particular period of time.

I was using classic dashboard up to the mid of 2015. After that I have created a new project in Agile dashboard.

So I just want to know how to do the same in both boards. Thanks

A simple JQL can get what you want "Created > 2016-1-1" and you can control what you actually see in the results column.

Boards is configured to show issues based on the filters you configure it to be.
