How to link two issues in JIra?

I want to link 2 issues, initially, I could do it very easily but suddenly I cannot find the options.

Hi @Sana Usman welcome to the community.  Below the issue summary, you can have two options, one would be a the "Link Issue" that your used to.  Another option could be that you have an '+Add' below the item summary.  The 'Linked Issue' is now in that "+Add" menu.  Atlassian is trying to clean up the page a bit in the cloud.
