How to link two different Jira accounts?

How can I get tickets entered in one project in one Jira account to automatically generate tickets in another project in another Jira account?

You'll need code that can catch the create and poke data into the other project.  Depending on how complex this gets, you might want to consider something like K15t's "backbone", which can do project synchronisation.

You can also use Exalate which has the concept of triggers, which will pick up any issue that match a number of conditions and send the issue over to the other Jira Account and keep both issues in sync.
