How to link issue key in new issue summary

If I already have an issue key "ABC-1", and now I create a new issue, I want its summary can link and display "ABC-1", how can I do?

I think he means that when he create let say a subtask, the summary of the subtask will take the issue key of the parent.

Its my understanding im maybe wrong.

I did it but with a addon (Scriptrunner). Its pretty easy.
