I want to restring the use of epics in a project. I want the users to only associate the issues to the epics created in the project, not in all the projects of the company.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Check outTHIS COMMENT on the Feature Request related to this functionality, describing how the Feature was implemented to allow more restriction to the available choices, but overall the intended functionality of the system is to be able to link to an epic in another project.
