How to limit WIP per person ?

I want to assign an exact number of tickets per person, for example assign to the person X 3 tickets and to the person Y 6 tickets, how can i do this?

Hi Nabil, welcome to the Community. OOTB this is not possible. While Jira does have the notion of user profiles there is no ability to configure a custom ‘number of assigned issues” to a user. You might check the Marketplace for addons.
