How to let updated field(system default) and custom field (date picker) show different time format?

Hi Jira Community,

I have set a custom field which is date picker and a system default field called updated.  When I want to export these two I found that they all showing time h:mm a. 

I notice that on look and feel page I set all the time format = YY/MMM/DD h:mm:a

I have also checked the advance setting which the date picker format is correct.

I want to let updated to display YY/MMM/DD h:mm a and let custom field to display YY/MMM/DD.

Please help. Thanks in advance!
