How to keep the issues list from time period to time period

We have a list of issues that we log time to every month. For example, we have a support bucket for each distribution center to track how much time we spend supporting each facility. However, each month, I have to manually add back a list of 15-20 issues as I log the first entry for that month. Is there a way to carry those issues forward from month to month?

@Kelly Thompson are you creating new issues each month?  What do you mean you have to add them back?
