We want to integrate Jira Software Cloud and Tibco. When a record created/updated in Tibco it automatically creates/updates a ticket in Jira Cloud.
Hello @Subbu
Thank you for reaching out.
Yes, the third-party vendor Scribesoft developed a connector to integrate Tibco and JIRA for both Cloud and Server platforms, supporting source and target operations for common Jira objects, including issues, comments, and attachments.
You can check more details about the connector in the documentation below:
TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector For Jira
The steps to install that connector would be:
- Select More > Connections from the menu.
- From the Connections page select Add
to open the Add a New Connection dialog.
- Select the Connector from the drop-down list in the Connection Type field, and then enter the following information for this Connection:
- Name — This can be any meaningful name, up to 25 characters.
- Alias — An alias for this Connection name.
- URL — Enter the URL used to access your Jira account.
- User — User name used to access your Jira account.
- Password — Password used to access Jira account.
- Additional Parameters — Optional field where you can specify one or more connection string parameters.
- Select Test to ensure that the Agent can connect to your database. Be sure to test the Connection against all Agents that use this Connection. See Testing Connections.
- Select OK to save the Connection.
For more information about the steps provided above, please check the section "Connecting To Jira" in the connector documentation.
