How can we integrate Jira with Teams calendar so assignee will have notification regarding the tasks will be showing in calendar.

Are you looking for something like - if there's a due date set on the Jira item, then an event is shown in the Teams calendar?

You can integrate Jira Cloud with Microsoft Teams to help assignees receive notifications about their tasks directly in Teams, but there is currently no direct way to automatically show Jira issues as events in the Teams calendar itself. 🤔

There's also an open feature request to better integrate Jira Cloud notifications with Microsoft Teams, including calendar events, but this is not yet available: JRACLOUD-84354: Integrate Jira Cloud Notification scheme with Microsoft Teams notification 

If you have Confluence (Premium), you could explore Team Calendars and integration with Jira > Add Jira events
