How to install zfj-importer-utility-0.40 (1).jar for Jira Cloud

Hi All,

I want to use external Zephyr import utility tool zfj-importer-utility-0.40 (1).jar for importing testcases. In Jira Cloud I am facing issue with the internal Zephyr import tool. 

I have downloaded it. 

How to install it in my local machine to connect with Cloud Instance. 

What is the command we need to use to run it in windows local machine to connect with Jira cloud.
