How to increase width of custom dropdown field in JIRA screen?

I have created a custom dropdown field that has long text values as options. These values are getting wrapped on the JIRA screen due to the default field width. I need to increase the width of the field to avoid wrapping.

I don't think you can change the width (or height) of the dropdown field.

Is there any solution now to increase the width? My drop-down values are long, and we are not able to identify clearly.
