We were wondering if we had the ability to increase the amount of decimal places in the hours field. Our client goes out to seven decimal places for the hours field, which can effect our billing if it gets rounded the wrong way.
For example, a resource may use the timer in JIRA system, and come up with a billable hour entry of 0.0833333. This would give them a billable subtotal of $13.83. However, our system would round it up to .25 with a billable subtotal of $41.5.
This causes our billing to not be consistent with the client, and we were wondering if there was a way to increase the amount of decimal places.
