How to import from hosted Jira

Hi,

I would like to import selective data from my ondemand Jira to on premises Jira.

Can you suggest best options?

Depends on what selective data is. You can import workflows or projects (the latter as long as you are on the same version on the on-premise JIRA which is very unlikely).

You will have to take the full backup and then work with that.
